Ro Tel And Cream Cheese Dip Recipes

Steps:

• Cut blocks of cream cheese into cubes and put in small crock pot.
• Pour can of rotel (do not drain) over cream cheese.
• Set crock pot to low and heat through. Stir often, it will burn. Once the cream cheese is really soft stir well. I use a whisk or hand blender to get the ingredients to combine better. You don't want it to be lumpy.
• This dip will stay in the crockpot for just a couple of hours before it will start to burn and just turn gross. Make sure you turn the crockpot off after about 2 hours.
• Serve with Tortilla Chips! Enjoy! :).

Steps:

• Mash the Ro-Tel into softened cream cheese, mixing well. It will look curdy at first but keep mixing.
• Chill for at least 2 hours; overnight is best. Serve with tortilla chips. This dip may be served hot, if desired.
• This dip can be made 2-3 days ahead of time.

Steps:

• Brown sausage in large frying pan, drain and return to pan.
• Add 3 packages of cream cheese to the sausage.
• Drain about half of the liquid off the rotel tomatoes (actually pouring the rotels into a strainer will drain off too much of the liquid, just drain with lid on can).
• Add the rotel tomatoes to the cream cheese and saugage and melt all ingredients together until well blended.
• Can be served in a crock pot to stay hot.
