Sausage Bacon And Egg Breakfast Bundt Cake Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) grease and flour a 9 inch Bundt pan. Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand 5 minutes. Drain well and dry raisins with a cloth towel.
• In large bowl, combine sausage, brown sugar and white sugar. Stir until mixture is well blended. Add eggs and beat well.
• In a separate bowl, sift together flour, ginger, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice.
• Stir baking soda into coffee.
• Add flour mixture and coffee alternately to sausage mixture, beating well after each addition. Fold raisins and walnuts into cake batter.
• Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack.

• 1. Spray bundt pan with baking spray or coat with oil and a little flour. Flatten out each biscuit and place in bottom of pan overlapping them a little. Cover whole bottom and go up the sides some. This should take about four biscuits.

• 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until eggs are well set. Remove from oven and let set and cool for 10 minutes. Run a knife around it to make sure it releases from pan. Invert onto platter.

• Brown sausage and cook bacon, quarter biscuits, and dice onion.
• Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
• Spray a large bundt pan with nonstick spray and pour in mixture.

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Butter bundt pan and set aside.
• Toss all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
• Spoon mixture into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes. When done baking, flip onto platter, cut, and serve.
