A great meal for busy parents, anyone with LOTS of squash on hand and can be prepared without the sausage for those vegetarians in your life. Serve with perhaps a crisp white wine and garlic bread...what more could you ask for?

- 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Divide between two pieces of double-layered heavy-duty foil (about 12-in. square). Fold foil around sausage mixture and seal tightly.
- 2. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.

- Preheat the oven to 450. Cut the chicken sausage into 1/2 inch slices. In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes, green beans, and carrots. Drizzle the vegetables with the olive oil and toss to coat. Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and basil, and toss to combine.
- Cut four sheets of aluminum foil to be approximately 12 inches square. In the center of each square, add 1/4 of the vegetables, then top with one of the sliced sausages. Sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese.
- Fold the four sides of the foil up around the vegetables and sausage, then pinch together the top and roll over to seal. Repeat with remaining vegetables and sausage.
