Crunchy Sesame Pork Strips image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400'.
  • Spray a 13x9 baking dish with Pam.
  • Trim off excess fat from porkloin.
  • cut into 1/4 inch strips, than into 1/4 inch wide strips.
  • Mix together bisquick, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, paprika, ground mustard, garlic powder in one large bowl. Set aside on counter.
  • Mix together in another large bowl, milk,eggs,and sesame seed oil. Set aside on counter.
  • Place panko bread crumbs on a plate or in a baggie.
  • Dip pork strips in bisquick mixture, than into liquid mixture, than roll in panko bread crumbs.
  • Drizzle top of strips with margarine.
  • Place in prepared baking dish and bake 30-40 mintues or until tender and golden brown.

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, oil, ginger and garlic. Add pork; seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally., Drain and discard marinade. Place pork on a greased rack in a foil-lined shallow roasting pan. Combine the honey and brown sugar; spoon over pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. , Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • In a medium dish or bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, onion, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, and oil. Add pork, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning and basting often.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade, and transfer to a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
