SIERRA NUGGETS COOKIES
The most amazing cookie ever! These cookies are loaded with spices, nuts, corn flakes and oats and a bit of coconut, too, making for an unexpectedly delicious treat with a treasure in every bite.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and both sugars and beat in milk, vanilla and eggs. Stir in corn flakes and oatmeal.
- In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients and gradually add to cookie mixture. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and nuts.
- On baking sheet, drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet to let cool on baking racks.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar on low until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine flour, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture, beating for 1 minute.
- Stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, nuts and raisins.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely on wire racks.
