SLOW-COOKER BACON-RANCH CHICKEN AND PASTA

There's nothing that doesn't taste better with Ranch dressing on it. Once you try this super-simple slow cooker pasta, you may agree that this is Ranch's finest moment.

Slow-Cooker Bacon-Ranch Chicken and Pasta image

Steps:

  • Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; place chicken breasts in cooker.
  • In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Pour over top of chicken.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 hours or on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
  • When about 15 minutes are left, cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
  • Just before serving, shred chicken with 2 forks, and toss creamy chicken mixture with cooked spaghetti.

8 oz spaghetti, cooked

This is a fabulous slow-cooker ranch chicken recipe that we have passed around to all our friends, especially those who have young children. It's wonderful for a cold winter night or a hot summer day when you don't want to turn on the oven. Serve it as a weeknight family dinner or for a large group. -Sonya Stark, West Jordan, Utah

Steps:

  • In a 4-5-qt. slow cooker, combine broth and dressing mix; add chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken to cutting board; shred with two forks and return to slow cooker. , Stir in soup and cream cheese. Cover and cook on low until cream cheese is melted, about 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Add optional toppings as desired.

Slow Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches image

Steps:

  • Lightly spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Place your chicken in the slow cooker.
  • In a medium sized bowl combine the cream cheese, bacon cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and cooked bacon pieces,and spread over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours. Watch closely so they don't overcook.
  • Shred the chicken with 2 forks and stir together well in the slow cooker so chicken is coated well.
  • Serve chicken on rolls and top with shredded cheese. Stick under the broiler just until cheese is melted. Watch closely-only takes about 45 seconds.
