Slow Cooker Coca Cola Roast Beef Recipes

Steps:

• Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
• Place roast in slow cooker.
• Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast in the slow cooker.
• Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5 hours.
• When finished, slice roast and pour extra sauce on top.

• In a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, whisk water and beef base; add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Sprinkle roast with pepper; transfer to slow cooker. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Cook roast, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender., Remove roast to a serving platter; tent with foil. Strain cooking juices, reserving vegetables. Skim fat from cooking juices. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and salt until smooth; gradually whisk in cooking juices. • I usually buy a big roast and add lots of the veggies.
• Put roast in a crock-pot,sprinkle with onion soup mix.
• Add coke to almost cover the roast.
• Add carrots to liquid around roast and all other vegetables to top of meat.
• Cook all day on low (8-10 hours),or on high 5-6 hours.
• Liquid makes a great gravy.

• Place roast in the bottom of the slow cooker
• Place potatoes and carrots all around the roast.
• In a mixing bowl combine the cola, brown sugar, chili sauce, ketchup, and dry onion soup mix.
• Pour the mixture over the beef and potatoes
• Cook on low for 8 hours.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place meat in a roasting pan. Sprinkle carrots, celery and minced garlic around roast.
• In a small bowl, combine the brown gravy mix and water, mixing into a smooth paste. Add onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and cola-flavored carbonated beverage. Pour over the roast.
• Cover pan, and cook 1 hour in the preheated oven.
• Reduce oven temperature to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C), and continue cooking 2 hours. Remove from oven, and turn roast over so that the top is now covered with the gravy. Cover pan, and return to oven for a minimum of 2 hours.
• Remove from oven, and let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
