S'MORES AT HOME

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well coated. Press half of crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the chocolate chips, then the marshmallows. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture over the marshmallows and press down with a spatula.
- Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes, until marshmallows are melted. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

GRILLED SHEET PAN S'MORES

- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Spread 15 graham crackers with chocolate spread and line them up on the prepared sheet pan. These will be the sandwich bases.
- Using 2 spoons, dollop the marshmallow cream evenly on the chocolate-spread graham crackers. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly across the graham crackers. Do the same with the caramel chips, chocolate chips and toffee bits. Top each bottom cracker with a top cracker to create a sandwich.
- Place the sheet pan on the grill. If your grill has a lid, close it. If your grill does not have a lid, flip a second sheet pan over and rest on top of the pan of s'mores to create a lid. Cook until everything is deliciously melted, about 25 minutes. Serve warm.

- Grease 13x9-inch pan with butter. Measure cereal into large bowl.
- Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining 4 1/2 cups marshmallows, the chocolate chips, butter, sugar and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
- Press firmly in pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

- 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease a 13x9 inch baking dish
- 2. in medium bowl, mix together butter, sugar, cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs. press half of mixture into prepared pan.
- 3. line the crust with chocolate chips(if you are allergic to chocolate, use vanilla and butterscotch chips) then top with marshmallows.
- 4. cover with the remaining graham cracker mixture and lightly press down with a spatula
- 5. bake approx 10 minutes. until the marshmallows start to melt. dont let them get too brown.
- 6. allow to cool completely and these will cut neatly into bars.

- 1.Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. 2.Unroll one tube of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x13in. pan. 3.Cream the cream cheese and ¾ cups sugar together. Add the marshmallow creme and mix until combined. Pour cream cheese/marshmallow mixture on top of crescent roll dough. Spread evenly. 4.Crush graham crackers in a zipclose bag till fine crumbs. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp melted butter. Shake till coated. Layer graham cracker mixture on top. 5.Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over graham cracker crumbs, then sprinkle mini marshmallows over that. 6.Unroll the other tube of crescent rolls on top. Brush remaining melted butter over dough and sprinkle with remaining sugar. 7.Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
