So Easy Sugar Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
• In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°F In a bowl, mix flour and baking soda.
• In a larger bowl, cream sugar and softened butter until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract. Blend in the dry ingredients slowly until combined. I first made these with a fork instead of a mixer and it was fine. Hand roll into balls (teaspoon size) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Optional: Roll the dough balls in a mix of cinnamon and sugar before placing on the baking sheet.
• Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Let the cookies cool for 2 minutes away from the heat before devouring.

• In large bowl, beat 3/4 cup sugar, butter, oil, milk, almond (or vanilla) extract and egg until light and fluffy.
• Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; blend well.
• Spread evenly in ungreased 15x10 baking pan; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
• Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
• Cool 5 minutes.
• Cut into squares.

• Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat 3/4 c. sugar, margarine, oil, milk, almont extract and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; blend well. Spread evenly in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan; sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. I cut these diagnoly to make triangle or diamond shapes and if decorating i cut them into bars.
