  • combine water, vineger, sugar, butter,mustard, onion, saltand pepper.
  • bring to a boil.
  • reduce heat.
  • simmer 20 minutes.
  • add worcestershire sauce, ketchup, lemon juice and cayenne.
  • simmer 45 minutes.
  • will store in fridge up to 3 weeks.
