Queso recipe made with Ro*Tel zesty tomatoes and the colorful addition of black beans and corn.

Steps:
- Combine Velveeta, beans, corn and undrained tomatoes in large microwave-safe bowl; cover.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until Velveeta melts, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir until mixture is blended.
- Sprinkle dip with onion and serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
