- In a nonstick skillet, brown turkey in oil; transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the chili, tomatoes, peppers, onion, salsa, garlic, chili powder, cumin and salt., Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Garnish with cilantro if desired.

- In a small saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. , Pour half of the turkey mixture into a 3-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with remaining turkey mixture and cheese., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
