SPAGHETTI AMORE
Comfort food at its finest. Yummy every time! A real family favorite.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain and return to skillet.
- 2. Add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup and garlic to skillet mixture. Heat through. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and stir till melted and blended thoroughly.
- 3. Combine skillet mixture with cooked spaghetti until blended thoroughly. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Should be bubbly when time is up.

We add a touch of Italy to these baked potatoes with beefed up spaghetti sauce, pepperoni and more. Now, that's amore!

- Scrub and pierce potatoes; place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 15 minutes or until tender, turning once., In a Dutch oven, cook the ground beef, green pepper, carrot, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, wine, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes., With a sharp knife, cut an "X" in each potato; fluff pulp with a fork. Spoon sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted.

- In a medium-large pot, cook pasta per package instructions, about 8 minutes. Drain and cover to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix tomato soup with sour cream until uniform. Stir in basil and Italian seasoning.
- Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and zucchini. Cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Add peas, chopped roasted red peppers, and soup mixture. Cook and stir until hot and well mixed, about 2 minutes.
