- Arrange pear slices in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; spread over pears. , Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until tender. Serve warm.

- Pour melted butter into a 9-in. square baking pan; sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar. Arrange pears over nuts., In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and molasses. Combine the flour, ginger, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition., Spread batter over pears. - Beat pudding mixes, cinnamon and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP. Layer 1/3 each of the gingerbread, pears and pudding mixture in 3-qt. bowl; repeat layers twice.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
