Spicy Cilantro Ranch Dip Recipes
SPICY CILANTRO-YOGURT DIP
This green dip is tangy and spicy and great with grilled flat bread or cut-up vegetables for dipping.

Steps:
- Put the cilantro, cardamom, cumin, garlic, jalapeno and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, stir in the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with the olive oil if using. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with grilled flatbread and/or cut-up vegetables for dipping.

You can add green bell pepper instead of jalapeno. Or you can try using basil if you don't like cilantro.

- 1. In a small blender, add Ranch dip mix, 16 oz sour cream, chopped cilantro and fresh jalapeno - no seeds. I put in a blender just long enough to mix (I like little pieces of jalapeno. Add a splash of water or cream if needed to thin out in order to mix better. Gradually add chopped jalapeno depending on spice -add jalapeno seeds if you want it really spicy. It will get spicier as it sits. Eat with fresh veggies, chips, or crackers.
