- Place water, sugar and strawberries into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn to a simmer for 20 minutes. Then, use metal strainer to catch strawberries as you transfer simple syrup into container to cool. Place in fridge to speed up cooling process.
- NOTE: Do not squeeze any additional juices from the strawberries via the strainer. This can cause your syrup to become cloudy.
- Place lemonade, strawberry simple syrup, strawberries (chopped in half or quarters) and sliced lemons into a pitcher. Add prosecco to pitcher when you are ready to serve or allow guests to add prosecco to their glasses as desired. Enjoy!
