SPOOKY MONSTER BROWNIE POPS

Spooky Monster Brownie Pops image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging on 2 opposite sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Bake and cool brownie mix as directed on box for 13x9-inch pan.
  • Place brownies in freezer 30 minutes. Remove brownies from pan, using foil to lift; peel foil from sides of brownies. Cut into 24 rectangular bars, 6 rows lengthwise by 4 rows across, each about 1 1/2 by 3 1/4 inches. Gently insert stick into end of each bar, foil from bars. Place on cookie sheet; freeze 30 minutes.
  • In microwavable bowl, microwave candy coating uncovered on High about 1 minute or until smooth when stirred. Stir in food color. Spread on brownies. Insert 2 candies into sides of each brownie to look like ears. Place on waxed paper or foil to dry.
  • To decorate, spoon frosting into small resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Cut small hole in bottom corner of bag. Squeeze bag to pipe frosting on top of each brownie to look like hair. Draw eyebrows, eyes and zigzag mouth to look like Frankenstein face.

Brownie Cheesecake Pops image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Make and bake brownie mix as directed on pouch, using water, oil and egg. Cool completely.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 300°F. Line bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended. Cut brownies into 1/2-inch pieces. Stir brownies into batter; pour into pan.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool on cooling rack 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Use foil to lift out of pan; cut cheesecake into 8 rows by 3 rows. Press craft stick 1 1/2 inches into 1 end of each piece of cheesecake.
  • In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and whipping cream uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Cool 5 minutes. Dip each cheesecake pop halfway into chocolate. Dip sides in graham cracker crumbs. Store in refrigerator.

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 9-inch square pan with foil, allowing some to hang over edges of pan. Grease bottom and sides of foil with shortening or cooking spray. Make and bake brownies as directed on box. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours. Freeze in pan 15 minutes. Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan, and peel away foil. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
  • Divide frosting among 3 small microwavable bowls. Heat frosting as needed: microwave 1 bowl uncovered on High about 10 seconds until frosting can be stirred smooth. If frosting becomes too firm while decorating, microwave on High an additional 5 seconds; stir.
  • Decorate as directed below, using 5 or 6 brownies for each bowl of frosting. Franken-Brownies Add desired amount of green food color to frosting in 1 bowl; mix well. Top each of 6 brownies with 1 large marshmallow. Spoon 1 tablespoon green frosting over each marshmallow to coat. Decorate with green M&M's™ minis chocolate candies for eyes and ears. Use black gel for mouths and centers of eyes. Cut fruit snack to use for hair. Boo-Brownies Top each of 5 brownies with 1 large marshmallow. Spoon 1 tablespoon white frosting over each marshmallow to coat. Use black gel for eyes and mouths. Spider Brownies Add desired amount of purple food color to frosting in 1 bowl; mix well. Top each of 5 brownies with 1 large marshmallow. Tuck gummy worms candies under each marshmallow for legs. Spoon 1 tablespoon purple frosting over each marshmallow to coat. Use orange M&M's™ minis chocolate candies for eyes. Use black gel for mouths, centers of eyes and eyebrows.
