Marinated Sausage Kabobs image

Steps:

  • In a large shallow dish, combine the first 5 ingredients; add remaining ingredients. Stir to coat; refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drain and discard marinade. , For kabobs, thread cheese, olives, salami and peppers onto toothpicks.

1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-in. cubes
1 can (6 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained
8 ounces hard salami, cut into 3/4-in. cubes
1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 medium green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

Steak & Sausage Kabobs image

Steps:

  • 1. In ziploc bags, (meat seperate from veggies), add generous amount of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, & Mrs. Dash's table blend seasoning.
  • 2. Marinate overnight. Place meat & veggies on skewers in whatever order you desire.
  • 3. Grill for approx. 30 minutes or till doneness desired.

1 lb flat iron steak, cubed into 2
12 oz pkg. pre-cooked beef sausage link, sliced into 2
3 ears of corn, cut into thirds
1 red bell pepper, cube into large bite size pcs.
1 purple onion, cut into large bite size pcs.
6 small yukon gold potatoes, halved, slightly pre-cooked in microwave

Sausage & Chicken Kabobs image

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first five ingredients; add chicken and sausage. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 1 hour. , Meanwhile, place potatoes in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until almost tender, stirring twice. , Drain and discard marinade. On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread chicken, potatoes, sausage and pineapple. Grill, covered, over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, turning frequently. Serve with ranch dressing.

Grilled Chicken, Beef & Sausage Kabobs image

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place bacon slices in single layer on paper towel-covered microwaveable plate; cover with second paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until partially cooked. (Bacon should be slightly limp.) Drain bacon; cool.
  • Meanwhile, toss steak strips with 1 Tbsp. Dry Rub. Starting at one short end, tightly roll up each steak strip into pinwheel. Thread onto skewers.
  • Place 1 bacon slice over each chicken strip; thread onto additional skewers. Thread sausage onto additional skewers.
  • Grill skewers 8 to 12 min. or until done, turning occasionally and removing from grill when done. (Beef skewers should be done first.)
  • Meanwhile, mix mayo, 2/3 of the garlic and remaining Dry Rub in small bowl until blended. Combine beans, dressing, onions, parsley and remaining garlic in separate bowl.
  • Serve meat with mayo mixture, bean mixture and orange wedges.

Steak and Shrimp Kabobs image

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Pour half of the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add beef. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade., Drain and discard. On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the beef, shrimp, mushrooms, green peppers, onions and tomatoes; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and reserved marinade until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened., Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan. Place kabobs over drip pan and grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 6 minutes, turning once. Baste with sauce. Continue turning and basting for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and beef reaches desired doneness.

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add the sausage and vegetables; toss to coat. Drain and reserve marinade. , On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread sausage and vegetables. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
