Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine the prosecco and strawberries. Let sit for 1 hour.
- Strain the prosecco from the strawberries. Add the prosecco and most of the strawberries to the blender, reserving a few strawberries for garnish. Add the strawberry ice cream and blend on high speed until smooth.
- Divide the milkshake between 2 glasses, top with the whipped cream, and garnish with the prosecco-soaked strawberries.
- Enjoy!

FROZEN STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM COCKTAIL
Steps:
- To rim the glasses: Apply a thin even layer of honey around the rim of 2 glasses. (I find it's easiest to drizzle it directly on the top outside edge of the glass and then use a small rubber spatula or knife to spread it all around). Then coat it with the pistachios and freeze-dried strawberries. Set the glasses aside.
- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, sugar, milk, cream, vodka, vanilla and cardamom and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with the remaining chopped pistachios.
