Strawberry Yogurt Soft Cookies Recipes
STRAWBERRY YOGURT SOFT COOKIES
I was looking for a recipe copy of commercially available BearPaws, but couldn't find one. My kids love them, but I wanted something healthier for them, and less expensive. So, I decided to try to recreate it. This recipe could be easily doubled.

Steps:
- Chop strawberries (I used my mini food processor).
- Mix all wet ingredients together.
- Add the dry and mix until combined. The mixture will be slightly wet.
- Drop by large spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for approx 12 minutes.
- * If you like a sweeter cookie, or use plain Greek yogurt, you could add more sugar.
- The texture of this cookie is soft, and muffin-like.
