Steps:

  • Place an 18x12-in. piece of heavy-duty foil on a large baking sheet. Arrange fillets in a single layer on foil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with onion, parsley, and lemon and orange zest. Drizzle with oil. Top with a second large piece of foil. Bring edges of foil together; crimp to seal, forming a large packet., Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
  • Place salmon fillets in the baking dish.
  • Mix lemon juice, orange juice, lime juice, butter, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper together until well blended. Drizzle over salmon in the baking dish.
  • Bake salmon in the preheated oven until easily flaked with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Pan Seared Salmon with Citrus Vinegar Glaze and Green Beans image

Steps:

  • Preheat a cast iron pan or heavy bottomed skillet over medium high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook salmon until just cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side.
  • While salmon cooks, bring wine, vinegar, citrus juices and brown sugar to a boil over high heat. Reduce glaze 3 or 4 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper.
  • In a second skillet, bring 1/2-inch water to a boil with green beans and pieces of orange and/or lemon rind. Cover the green beans and cook 3 or 4 minutes. Drain the beans and toss with a drizzle of oil (optional) and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle glaze over salmon fillets and serve with citrus green beans.

4 (6 ounce) portions salmon fillets

2 tablespoons orange juice, a splash

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the orange juice concentrate, oil and dill; add fish. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. , Drain and discard marinade. Place the fillets in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. , Dip cut edges of orange slices in paprika; serve with fish.

  • 1. Remove fish from refrigerator 10 min before cooking. Preheat oven to 225F (325F???). 2. Stir bread crumbs with parsley, oil, lemon zest and salt. Season with pepper. Arrange fish in an 8 × 8-in. baking dish. Coat the tops of each fillet with bread crumb mixture. 3. Bake in centre of oven, uncovered, until char fillets are just cooked but is still tender, about 25 min. Serve with Dillicious beet salad.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper or foil. In small bowl, grate lime peel. Squeeze enough juice to equal 2 tablespoons; add to peel in bowl. Grate orange peel into bowl. Squeeze enough juice to equal 2 tablespoons; add to peel mixture. Stir in agave syrup, salt, pepper and garlic. In small cup, measure 1/4 cup citrus mixture for salmon (reserve remaining citrus mixture).
  • On pan, place salmon fillets, skin-side down. Using 1/4 cup citrus mixture, brush tops and sides of salmon. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Lift salmon pieces from skin with metal spatula onto serving plate. Sprinkle with green onions. Top each fish fillet with lime and orange wedges. Serve each fillet with 3 tablespoons reserved sauce.
