Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and then mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • To make one serving: Add 4-6 teaspoons mix to one cup boiling water.
  • Stir until disolved.
  • Yields 3 cups mix (24-36 servings).

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • For an individual cup, put 1/4 cup of the mix in a 10-12 oz mug with hot water.
  • Stir and enjoy!

2 1/4 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee granules
3/4 cup baking cocoa

This is a staple in my holiday sweet baskets! Everyone I give it to always asks for more! Very easy to make and tailor to your preferences. Add more coffee, sugar, or peppermints depending on how you like it! Enjoy :)

Peppermint Mocha Mix image

Steps:

  • Mix together first four ingredients. I use a potato masher to get all the lumps out.
  • Put the starlight mints into a freezer bag and smash. I use a rubber mallet from my tool box! This is a great holiday stress reliever :).
  • When they're mainly powder with a few little pieces of mint, add them to the mix and stir well.
  • When ready to enjoy around three heaping teaspoons per cup will do. I use half milk and half water when preparing.
  • They look great in a little mason jar with a ribbon!

Light Caramel Frappuccino (Mock Starbucks) image

Steps:

  • In a large jar or container, combine the coffee grounds and cold water. Stir, cover and let sit for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Line a coffee dripper or fine-mesh strainer with a coffee filter and place over a pitcher. Slowly strain about half of the coffee. Replace the filter with a new one and repeat with the remaining coffee.
  • Combine coffee and all ingredients except whipped cream into electric blender.
  • Blend drink until ice is crushed and drink is smooth.
  • Serve in coffee cups and top with whipped cream and caramel syrup (if desired).
  • Add straw for ease in drinking.

  • Brew esspresso normally and add to mug.
  • Stir until well blended.
