Steps:
- 1. NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP CHAMPAGNE & ORANGE JUICE CHILLED. Pour orange juice into glass pitcher and nestle pitcher in a large bowl filled with ice. Open champagne and nestle bottle in a large iced filled bowl
- 2. In champagne flute or wine glass, pour 2 ounces chilled orange juice and then 3 ounces of champagne. If desired, you can place a small amount of crushed ice in bottom of glass before pouring liquids into it. Note: Always pour orange juice in first to mitigate sticky glass. DO NOT STIR AS THIS WILL FLATTEN CHAMPAGNE !!! Place a drop of triple sec in the center of the mixture and let it settle into a beautiful "sunrise". Garnish rim of glass with orange slice (optional)
- 3. ***For non-alcoholic mimosa, use 7-up, Sprite or sparkling white grape juice.
- 4. ENJOY!!!

Steps:
- 1. Note: Fresh squeezed orange is best, but if you don't have that available, use Minute Maid no pulp pure orange juice (not frozen).
- 2. Fill margarita or 8 ounce wine glass with crushed ice.
- 3. Pour tequila and orange juice over ice; then gently stir to blend
- 4. Very slowly and carefully dribble the grenadine on top of the mixture **** DO NOT STIR!!
- 5. As the heavier grenadine begins to settle to the bottom, it will create streaks that simulate an Acapulco sunrise.
MORNING SUNRISE SMOOTHIE
Fruit and vegetable smoothies are popular breakfast foods for good reason: They are fast, easy, nutritious, delicious, and portable! This one is like a liquid sunset in a glass. At lunch, a delicately poached egg turns a green bean salad into a silky indulgence thanks to the runny yolk, which fortifies the dressing. You won't miss red meat for dinner when there are meaty grilled portobellos around. These are served atop comforting mashed potatoes.

Steps:
- NOTE: PLACE INGREDIENTS IN BREAD PAN IN EXACT ORDER LISTED ABOVE 1. You can make your own dried fruit mix if desired. 2. If you don't have a thermometer, test the milk on the inside of your wrist. It should be lukewarm (about the same temp as a baby's formula)
- Gently pour the warm milk into the bread pan. Cut the butter into 4 pieces and add to the milk.
- Place flour, satt and dried fruit mix in a mixing bowl, and stir with wooden spoon to coat the fruit mix.
- Carefully pour the flour mixture into the bread pan, taking care to completely cover the liquid.
- Make a small depression in flour mixture and add yeast into the depression.
- Bake on basic, with medium crust. Note: If you use 3 teaspoons of sugar, set the crust to light as the added sugar will result in a crisper crust.
SUNDAY MORNING SURPRISE
I created this recipe one morning for something unique and different for my family. Since we love the taste of brown sugar and cinnamon, this recipe combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls, egg casseroles, and French toast.

PEANUT BUTTER CUP SURPRISE MONSTER COOKIES
From sallysbakingaddiction.com
5/5 (1)Category Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. (Always recommended for cookies.) Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar together until no brown sugar lumps remain. Whisk in the egg, then the peanut butter until combined. Finally, whisk in the vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together with a large spoon or rubber spatula. The dough will be very soft and slick. Fold in the oats and the M&Ms. Allow the cookie dough to sit for 15 minutes– the oats will absorb some moisture, making the dough easier to work with.
- You can use the photos above as visuals for this step. Take 1 Tablespoon of dough and slightly flatten out on the prepared baking sheet. Stick a peanut butter cup on top, as shown above. Top the peanut butter cup with 1.5 Tablespoons of cookie dough and seal down the sides so that the peanut butter cup is securely stuffed inside. You can pick it up and roll into a smooth ball if needed. Slightly flatten down the top as best you can (it can’t be totally flat because of the peanut butter cup inside). Repeat with the rest of the dough and peanut butter cups.
