Super Easy Shepherds Pie Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown meat in large skillet. Meanwhile, mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese and the garlic until well blended.
• Drain meat. Return to skillet; stir in vegetables and gravy. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish; cover with potato mixture and remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
• Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Steps:

• Peel & quarter the potatoes. Place in pan, cover with water & boil until cooked all the way, about 45 minutes.
• Brown ground beef with the chopped onion. And drain.
• Drain potatoes & mash. Mix in butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, & garlic powder.
• Put ground beef & onion in 13x9 pan. Mix in all 3 cans of corn. And top with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle paprika over the top.
• Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes. Turn on broil & brown the top for just a few minutes.

Steps:

• Preheat broiler.
• Prepare 4 servings of mashed potatoes according to package directions using milk, margarine and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
• While potatoes are cooking, brown meat in a medium, broilerproof skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to separate meat.
• Drain fat. Sprinkle meat with pepper and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.
• Add gravy and veggies (make sure veggies are thawed and drained), mix well.
• Cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until hot.
• Spoon prepared potatoes around outside edge of skillet leaving a 3-inch circle in the center.
• Sprinkle parmesan evenly over potatoes.
• Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and meat mixture is bubbly.
