- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, cereal and nuts. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat butter and honey until butter is melted; stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat., Transfer to two ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until popcorn is golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool, stirring occasionally.

- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Toss the popcorn, rice crackers, peanuts, sesame seeds and wasabi peas in a large bowl.
- Combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then cook, stirring, until thick, about 1 more minute. Remove from the heat. Carefully stir in the vanilla and baking soda (the caramel will bubble).
- Pour the hot caramel over the popcorn mixture and stir with a metal spoon. (Don't worry if the caramel is too thick to coat the mix; it will melt in the oven.) Spread on the prepared baking sheets; bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until evenly coated, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place popcorn and nuts in a large ovenproof bowl, and keep warm in oven. Pour sugar into a small, heavy saucepan and place over medium-low heat. When sugar is melted and a light caramel color, add honey and stir until smooth and liquid. Remove from heat.
- Take popcorn from oven, sprinkle it with salt, and then pour sugar syrup over it. Using a potholder to steady bowl with one hand, stir quickly, using a large fork, to fluff and coat corn. Spread on baking sheet, and let cool. Break into large pieces and eat as a sweet snack. Store in an airtight tin.

- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water.
- Heat and stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove.
- When the mixture has cooled, stir in the nuts to coat with the sugar mixture.
- Add the salt and cayenne pepper...taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Place a piece of parchment on a baking sheet.
- Spread the nuts out onto the sheet and place them in the oven to dry.
- Remove and cool. Set aside until you pop the popcorn.
- In a pot with high sides and a tight fitting lid, add the oil and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
- Toss in 3 kernels of popcorn and with the lid off, heat the oil and kernels on high heat.
- When the first two kernels of popcorn have popped, remove the pot from the stove and add the remaining popcorn kernels and place the lid on the pot.
- Return the pot to the stove and begin shaking the pot constantly until you can not long hear the popcorn pop.
- Remove the pot from the stove immediately, and carefully pour the popcorn into a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Add the cooled nuts to the popcorn and toss to combine.
- Enjoy!
