A sweet and spicy bacon strip that can be made in the oven or on top of the stove. These are so good that they will leave you wanting more.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place flour, sugar, and pepper into a resealable plastic bag and shake to mix. Shake bacon with flour mixture a few strips at a time to coat. Place coated bacon onto a baking sheet or broiler pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until bacon has cooked to desired doneness.

- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together Frank's RedHot® and brown sugar together until fully incorporated.
- Arrange the bacon on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Using a pastry brush, brush the bacon slices with the RedHot® mixture. Flip the bacon over and brush on the other side. Continue baking until the bacon is crisp and brown, 10-15 minutes more.

- Place the bacon in an even layer in a large skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often with a rubber spatula, until the bacon is light golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the maple syrup, black pepper and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Pour off some of the rendered bacon fat, leaving just a small amount. Return the skillet to the heat and pour the maple syrup mixture over the bacon. Braise gently until the syrup thickens and glazes the bacon and the bacon is deep golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.

- Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F.
- Stir together brown sugar, cayenne, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Arrange bacon slices in 1 layer (not overlapping) on rack of a large broiler pan. Bake 20 minutes. Turn slices over and sprinkle evenly with spiced sugar. Continue baking until bacon is crisp and deep golden, 20 to 35 minutes more (check bacon every 5 minutes). Transfer to paper towels to drain.
