HAM 'N' SWISS RING
My family loves ham and cheese together, so I came up with this recipe. I like to serve this rich creamy dish with rice and steamed broccoli.

- Arrange crescent rolls on a 13-in. round pizza pan, forming a ring with wide ends overlapping and pointed ends facing the outer edge of pan. , In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter for 8 minutes or until juices are absorbed. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Spoon over wide ends of rolls. Fold points of rolls over filling and tuck under wide ends at center (filling with be visible). , Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

HAM & SWISS CRESCENT RING
I saw a recipe for a buffalo chicken ring and decided to change it up. I think you could put just about anything inside crescent rolls and it will be good. This is great as an appetizer, and I have also made it as a main dish.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all ingredients (except rolls) in a bowl. I use an electric mixer to get it well blended.
- Open the crescent tubes and separate each roll into 4 rectangles. On a parchment lined or nonstick baking sheet lay the rectangles out to form a circle. There are images here: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/121034308711924287/.
- Place filling in a ring shape on top of the dough circle. Fold the dough over to cover the filling.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crescent dough looks done.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
- Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles.
- On a large cookie sheet, place a bowl in the center (about 5 inches [12cm] in diameter). Arrange the triangles in a ring around the bowl, dough should overlap.
- Layer cheese, pepperoncinis, basil, salami, ham, prosciutto, and provolone on each triangle closest to the ring.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring the top of the triangle over the filling, and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Serve with olive oil and balsamic.
- Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.
- Enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain broccoli. In large mixing bowl, combine parsley, onion, mustard, butter and lemon juice; blend well. Add cheese broccoli and ham; mix lightly. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. On greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles, points toward the outside, in a circle with bases overlapping. The center opening should be about 3 inches in diameter. Spoon ham filling in a ring evenly over bases of triangles. (Some filling may fall onto cookie sheet) Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases of triangles at center of circle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
SWISS HAM RING AROUND
Are you having a ladies luncheon soon, this recipe is delicious and great for a luncheon. We have had this many times for Church gatherings, and each time we have to hand out this recipe. Hope you will enjoy!
