TACO DIP I
This is a scrumptious taco dip. When I use all low-fat ingredients, such as low-fat sour cream and low-fat Cheddar, it still comes out so delicious! Serve with baked tortilla chips for dipping.

TACO DIP WITH GROUND TURKEY
I came up with this recipe for a party and it has gotten rave reviews every time I make it. I originally started out with ground beef, but have switched to turkey because it's healthier, it doesn't have to be drained, and with the taco seasoning, you can hardly tell the difference anyway! I do not recommend fat free cheddar cheese as it does not melt as easily, and it can make it more difficult to get through all of the layers with the tortilla chips.

I created this zippy snack when I had a craving for tacos, but didn't want all the fat and calories that go along with them. It's quick to fix and uses ingredients I usually have on hand. I served this appetizer at a bridal shower, and the bride liked it so much she asked me to make it for her wedding reception! -Liz Adcock, Rayville, Louisiana

GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT
This recipe has fewer calories because of the ground turkey and amazing flavor! It is a little spicy, but our family enjoys it this way. Because it has so much flavor, you cannot even tell it's not ground beef. It tastes great as a topping on baked potatoes as well as tacos. Enjoy!

- Heat a large saut pan over a medium-high heat. Add olive oil and ground turkey and cook for about 5 minutes, breaking up the meat, until the pink is gone and turkey is lightly browned.
- Add in taco seasoning along with cup water and stir until the meat us completely coated in the seasoning. Shut off the heat and allow the turkey to cool down.
- In the meantime, grab a large glass pan (I used a 1113 Pyrex) and spread the salsa evenly over the bottom of the pan.
- Next, layer the ground turkey, beans and onions and then gently spread the sour cream over the top. This can be a little messy, but if you go slowly, its totally doable. Continue layering the lettuce, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, and avocado.
