Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine 7 ingredients. Mix thoroughly . Add pork, mix with hands to blend well. Cover and chill 6 hours or overnight. Shape into 12 3 1/2-inch patties. Cook patties in a skillet over medium low heat for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Makes 12 patties.
HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE SWEET & SOUR SMOKED SAUSAGE

- In the meantime, cook rice according to package instructions. Stir rice into the skillet, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
