Steps:
- Cut the fish into 8-ounce pieces or two pieces per pound. Marinate in lemon in glass baking dish for 20-30 minutes. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle paprika over all. Bake 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees F.
HALIBUT ON THE BIG GREEN EGG
Steps:
- Use a 12" skillet or similar cast iron cooking surface Set the skillet directly on the grill Set the grill to 500 degrees Add another 2 tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of oil to the skillet When it is good and hot add the fish and cook for three minutes per side

- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Stir butter, lemon juice, onion powder, parsley, dill, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; spread evenly over the halibut steaks.
- Cook on preheated grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
