Tequila Grapefruit Martini Recipes

Steps:

• Combine salt, paprika, and chile powder in a small bowl. Moisten half of each rim of 8 rocks glasses and dip into chile salt. Set glasses aside.
• Combine grapefruit juice, tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and rose water in a large pitcher or 8-cup measuring glass. Add 1 cup ice and stir until ice is melted and cocktail is very cold. Stir in ginger beer. Fill prepared glasses with ice and divide cocktail among glasses. Garnish with grapefruit wedges and top off with more ginger beer, if desired.
• Grapefruit mixture can be made 8 hours ahead. Stir in ice, then cover and chill. Add ginger beer and prepare glasses just before serving.

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add tequila, vermouth, grapefruit juice, and bitters. Cover and shake several times.
• Stir together silver flakes and sugar on a small plate. Run grapefruit wedge along the rim of a chilled martini glass. Dip rim in sugar mixture to evenly coat. Strain tequila mixture into glass, add grapefruit twist, and serve.

Steps:

• In a pitcher or a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila and the ice cubes and stir or shake 20 times. Place the Triple Sec in a chilled cocktail glass, swirl it around to coat the inside of the glass, and discard it. Strain the tequila into the glass. Thread the twist of lime and the strip of chile onto the cocktail skewer, perch it on the rim of the glass, and serve at once.

• Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila and juice, then top with soda water and garnish with a wedge of lime.
