I have discovered a few years back how Texas Roadhouse does their butter-This is THEE closest thing to the real deal!! Easy, simple and very yummie. By far our most favorite restaurant that we wanted to bring home and here it is!! Great on sweet dinner rolls, pancakes, waffles-just about anything-even corn on the cob!!"

Steps:
- In a small bowl, with a handmixer, beat butter till fluffy.
- Add confectioner's sugar at a time, blending well.
- Add cinnamon to mixture and blend well.
- Scoop into a small container-serve immediately or refrigerate.

TEXAS ROADHOUSE CINNAMON BUTTER
Steps:
- Add whipping cream and salt to the bowl of your stand mixer or a large bowl if you are using a hand mixer.
- Start at a slow speed but quickly turn it up to medium speed. Whip until it resembles whipped cream.
- Add cinnamon and honey.
- Continue whipping until it is at a whipped butter stage - it shouldn't be super thick, but it shouldn't feel like it's whipped cream anywhere. It should still be airy and easy to spread.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks

TEXAS ROADHOUSE ROLLS AND CINNAMON BUTTER
Texas roadhouse has the best rolls and i was craving some. After a bit of searching I found this recipe and edited it a little.Usually I half the recipe. Enjoy :)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Soften yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar.
- Scald milk; cool to lukewarm.
- Add yeast, sugar, honey, and enough flour to make medium batter.
- Beat thoroughly. Let stand until light and foamy.
- Add melted butter (after allowed to cool), eggs, and salt. Beat well.
- Add enough flour to form soft dough.
- Sprinkle small amount of flour on counter and let dough rest.
- Grease the surface of a clean bowl. Knead dough until smooth and satiny
- Then put dough in greased bowl; turn over to grease top.
- Cover, let rise in warm place until double in bulk, then punch down.
- Turn out on floured board. Divide into portions for shaping; let rest 10 minutes.
- Shape dough into desired forms and place on greased baking sheets. Let rise until doubled.
- Bake for 10 minutes; then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes more.
- Cool on rack.
- For cinnamon butter, blend all ingredients at room tempature.

TEXAS ROADHOUSE CINNAMON HONEY BUTTER
Steps:
- Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or until really light and fluffy.
