SAUSAGE BACON BITES

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut bacon strips widthwise in half; cut sausage links in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of sausage. Place 1/2 cup brown sugar in a shallow bowl; roll sausages in sugar. Secure each with a toothpick. Place in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. , Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Bake until bacon is crisp, 35-40 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.

- Cut sausages diagonally into 1/2-in. slices; cook in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Transfer sausages to a 3-qt. slow cooker; discard drippings., Add dressings, brown sugar and juice to skillet; cook and stir over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over sausages. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours or until heated through. If desired, sprinkle with green onions.

- Mix Chili Sauce and grape jelly over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Drain sausages and slice if neccesary (we like a mix of smoked mini sausages and sliced kielbasa).
- Add sausage to sauce and let heat through(you may transfer to a crockpot if you want to keep them warm for a while.).
- Serve buffet style, with a box of toothpicks,so that your guests can poke away at them! Yum!

- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Grimm’s Fine Foods Polish Sausage and cook, stirring the sausage bites occasionally, until they are brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Remove the sausage bites from the pan.
- While the sausages are cooking, prepare the glaze. Drain the pineapple juice from the can into a small bowl. Whisk in the honey, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and (if using) the sriracha.
- Cut the pineapple rings into quarters. When sausage bites come out of the pan put the pineapple in. Cook the pineapple pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are lightly browned and starting to caramelize. Remove the pineapple from the pan.
- Put the sausages back into the pan and pour in the glaze. Bring the pan to a boil and boil rapidly until the glaze thickens enough to coat the sausage bites, about 3-4 minutes.
