SLOW COOKER TURKEY SAUSAGE MEATBALLS
These slow cooker turkey sausage meatballs are tasty and easy to make.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 of the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Scrape into the bottom of a slow cooker and stir in tomatoes, oregano, and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
- Combine remaining garlic, remaining salt, turkey sausage, ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and parsley in a large bowl. Blend using your hands and form into 2-inch balls. Place into the slow cooker. Spoon tomato mixture over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on Low until no longer pink in the center, 4 to 5 hours.

- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey sausage and ground turkey. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up with spoon, until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add wine; cook 5 minutes.
- Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir together turkey mixture and remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 hours or until sauce is thickened.
- About 15 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti as directed on package. Serve sauce over spaghetti.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and place in a large bowl.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Mix condensed soup, half-and-half, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Add to the skillet and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 12 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Add turkey, spinach, and sauce to the penne; stir until well combined. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and bubbly on top, about 30 minutes.
