- 1. Place teabags in a heat proof pitcher, add boiling water
- 2. cover and steep for 5 minutes, Remove and discard teabags. Cover and refigerate tea.
- 3. Just before serving, combine concentrate and cold water in2 1/2 qt Pitcher:
- 4. Stir in tea, Serve on Ice... Garnish with mint!

- 1. Put teabags in container to steep with the boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags DO NOT PRESS bags to rid of excess moisture. Refrigerate tea in a covered container. just before serving, combine juice and cold water in 2-1/2 qt pitcher; stir in tea. Serve on ice. Garnish with mint
PERFECT ICED TEA

- Hot-Brewed:
- Bring 8 cups water to a simmer; remove from the heat and add 3 tablespoons loose tea or 6 tea bags. Let steep about 4 minutes, until it's the strength you like. Strain loose tea with a fine-mesh sieve or remove the tea bags. Let cool, then transfer to a pitcher, cover and refrigerate.
- Cold-Brewed:
- Combine 8 cups cold water and 6 tablespoons loose tea or 10 tea bags in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 15 to 36 hours, until it's the strength you like. Strain loose tea with a fine-mesh sieve or remove the tea bags.
- Sweet Teas:
- Combine 3/4 cup each sugar and water in a saucepan and add 1 infuser, if desired. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then remove from the heat and let cool. Strain the infused syrup through a fine-mesh sieve (you'll get about 1 cup).
- Orange Add 6 strips zest
- Blackberries 1 cup
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- Lavender 3 tablespoons dried
- Vanilla 1 halved bean
- Mint 3 sprigs
- Ginger 1 cup sliced
- Lemon 8 strips zest
- Nectarine 1 cup chopped
- Cucumber 2 cups chopped
VICTORIAN FARMHOUSE ICED TEA
Definitely something the girls will love on a warm summer afternoon, sitting in the lawn chairs in dappled shade--watching the grass grow! Switch out the juice for a different flavor and have some variety! *Taste of Home* does it again!! (note: cooking time is "chilling" time)

- Combine 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and bring to a boil and stirring until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a kettle and steep 3 tea bags of your choice (we used Teatly Pure Ceylon Tea). Once the tea has slightly cooled pour it into your preferred jug (we left the tea bags in, but you can take them out if you wish). It should fill up to about the halfway mark. Once the simple syrup has cooled pour it into the jug and stir. Fill the remainder of the jug with ice.
