VIRGIN MARGARITA
This is a tasty virgin version of the classic margarita. Straight up or frozen, with freshly squeezed lime, lemon and orange juices, simple syrup and a lime wedge. Great! From 101 Margaritas by Kim Haasarud.

Steps:
- Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass.
- Note: If serving frozen, combine the ingredients in a blender with 3/4 cup ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.

Steps:
- In a 5-gallon sports cooler combine all ingredients except reserve some water. Stir or shake container to chill. If ice all melts add more. If too strong add water, but leave on the strong side because ice will continue to dilute over the next few hours. Makes about 2 1/2 gallons.
- Just like Party Margarita recipe, you should serve with lime wedges, a saucer of kosher salt, and 6-oz plastic cups like airlines use. Lime the rim, touch the rim to the salt, drop the lime into the cup, and dispense.

- Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of flaky sea salt (or for a festive look, use Margarita Salt).
- In the serving glass, stir together the lime juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and pickle juice (adds just the right funky flavor to mimic tequila). Add the tonic water and ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
