Vodka & Redbull Jello Shots image

Steps:

1. Prepare your molds by spraying them with cooking spray or coconut oil lightly and cut your cherries in half and reserve for later. (This helps the cherries stand upright in the shots)
2. Pour 1 1/2 cup Redbull into a medium sauce pan (should be almost the whole can). Sprinkle your 1 and 1/2 packets of gelatin on top (don't stir) and let it sit for 2 minutes to activate the gelatin
3. Turn on low heat and stir in the gelatin until it all dissolves. Let the Redbull get to a light boil and turn off the heat. Let it cool slightly and then add 1/2 cup of vodka.
4. Pour half of your Redbull jello mixture into your molds (or pan) let refrigerate and harden (about 2 hours). Place one cherry in each mold (or spread out an inch apart on in a pan) with the stem side up and cut side down, upright.
5. Top with the rest of the jello mixture gently, not disturbing the upright cherries. Let refrigerate over night. Carefully, take a butter knife and edge around each mold to help release the shot. Pop them out and serve.
6. Tip: Lightly grease your serving tray with cooking spray or coconut oil before serving so the shots don't stick and break when people try to pick them up by the cherry stem.

Ingredients

Jager Bomb:
1 1 cup red bull (in place of water), add black cherry or orange jello, 1 cup jager.
Margarita:
1 3 4 4 add 3 ounce package lime jello, 4 ounces tequila, 4 ounces sweet & sour margarita mix. Sprinkle with salt just before firm.
(substitue watermelon jello for lime for a melon margarita)
Rum & Coke:
1 1 cup coke, mix in dark cherry jello add 1 cup light rum.
Mimosas:
2 one varies from the normal method since champagne isn't as strong as liquor, cut the water out of this one. boil one cup champagne, mix orange jello 2 min, add one more cup champagne and a splash of OJ.
Silk:
2 one cup champagne, mix in jello for 2 minutes, add one cup champagne and splash of lychee juice from the can.
Orange Tic Tac:
Boil two cups red bull, mix jello two minutes, add two cups mandarin orange vodka.
Lemon Drop:
1 1 cup water, add lemon jello, citrus vodka, top with sugar sprinkles just before its fully set up.
Grape Crush:
1 1/2 1/2 water, add grape jello, 1/2 cup plain vodka, 1/2 cup chambord.
Hawaiian:
1 1 cup water, add pineapple or blueberry jello, 1 cup coconut rum.
Gin & Tonic:
1 1 cup tonic water, add lime jello, 1 cup gin.
Lemon Lime:
2 2 cups sprite, add lemon and lime jellos, 2 cups citrus vodka.
Blueberry:
1 1 cup water, add blueberry jello, 1 cup blueberry vodka.
Fruit Punch:
1 1/2 1/2 water, add mixed fruit jello, 1/2 cup blueberry vodka, 1/2 cup raspberry vodka.

1 1 cup water, add watermelon jello,1 cup watermelon vodka.

1 1 cups water, add strawberry jello, add 1 cup any malt liquor.

1 1 cup water, add strawberry-banana jello, Cruzan banana rum.

A friend and I were experimenting with cocktails we like to drink as jello shots. We came up with this recipe and served them at our Cinco de Mayo Party. They were a HIT!!! They went down WAY too easy!!! I try to watch my sugar intake, so we used sugar free jello and sugar free red bull!

Steps:

Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Once disolved set in fridge to cool for 10 minutes. Add red bull and vodka and stir until blended. We use the little paper dixie cups to pour into. Chill until firm and serve.
