GREAT PORK CHOP BAKE
A friend brought this hearty smothered pork chops dish to our home when I returned from the hospital with our youngest child. Since then, we have enjoyed it many times. It's a snap to throw together on a busy day, then pop in the oven to bake. -Rosie Glenn, Los Alamos, New Mexico

- In a large bowl, combine the soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and onion; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Place chops on top of potatoes and onions. Bake, covered, until a thermometer reads 145° and potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes longer.

Steps:
- Season chops with salt & pepper, brown in lightly oiled skillet.
- Place in 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350 deg.
- Prepare Stove-Top according to package, spoon over chops.
- Mix soup and milk in bowl, pour over top.
- Cover with foil and bake 1hr, or a little more until pork has reached safe internal temperature. You can bake longer for increased tenderness if desired, chops will be moist. You can also uncover last 20 mins or so of baking for top of casserole to brown.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with oil.
- Scatter onions evenly into the baking pan. Place pork chops on top of onions in the pan.
- Combine maple syrup, mustard, garlic, red pepper, chili powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Pour mixture evenly over pork chops. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.

- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Spray baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
- Mix in baking dish the Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce & Onion Soup Mix.
- Place pork in baking dish and spoon some of the mixture over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, turn chops and continue to bake uncovered additional 20-30 minutes or until pork is done & tender.
- Serve spooning sauce over pork.
- To freeze: Place chops in a freezer bag and seal. Mix together the soup and cranberry sauce. Place in a second bag and seal. Place both bags into a larger freezer bag. Seal, label and freeze.
- To serve: Thaw overnight in fridge. Proceed with cooking directions.

- Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Toss the potatoes, oil, garlic and thyme on a shallow roasting tray and mix will with your hands to coat in the oil. Season well. Roast for 25 mins until the potatoes are just turning tender when pierced with a knife.
- Whisk the honey and mustard together in a small bowl. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then brush with half the marinade. Nestle into the potatoes on the tray, and bake for another 10 mins before turning the chops and spooning over the remaining glaze. Continue to bake for 10 more mins until cooked through.
