Warm Pasta Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing Recipes

Steps:

• Place the cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, vinegar, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until smooth.
• Place a wedge of lettuce on each serving plate with 2 slices of tomato. Pour enough dressing over the lettuce to moisten. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• Whisk 1/4 cup each buttermilk and crumbled blue cheese, 3 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, a dash of hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add 10 cups mixed salad greens and toss. Season with salt and pepper.

Steps:

• Cook the pasta according to package directions.
• Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, blue cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
• Heat a large nonstick skillet. Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic.
• Sautee until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
• Add the beef in two batches and cook, until browned, about 2 minutes.
• Add the pasta to the bowl with the yogurt dressing.

• Note; This pasta salad is best when made the day before it is to be served or at least several hours in advance, so that they flavor of the blue cheese has a chance to develop.

• 1. Cook Pasta until al Dente'. Drain and Rinse pasta with cool water..as cool as it can be for people in the south. Ha Ha
• 2. Add Pasta, Tomatoes, Olives, Celery, Crumbled Blue cheese. Toss .
• 3. In a small glass pitcher, whisk dressing ingredients until it's incorporated good. Pour dressing over pasta. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Serve and Enjoy!
