FROZEN BRANDY OLD-FASHIONEDS
Both sides of my family are Midwestern, so our strong brandy tradition is evident in the slush we make for the holidays and in the Wisconsin old-fashioned cocktails we enjoy year-round. I decided to combine those recipes into something completely new. This goes very quickly at gatherings! -Stephanie Vaughan, Madison, Wisconsin

Steps:
- 1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add tea bags. Let steep.
- 2. On the stove top, heat the 7 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar until sugar is dissolved. Combine tea, sugar/water mixture and the frozen juices and brandy. Freeze completely. (It will not freeze solid due to the brandy, and this is why it is like a slushy when scooped out.)
- 3. Scoop out brandy mixture that has been frozen with an ice cream scoop into glasses. Top off with a splash of 7 up.
