This is a white chocolate version of a classic mocha. No reason to head to the cafe--stay in and use your home espresso machine to brew up this delicious espresso drink.

Steps:
- Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the white chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Top with whipped cream and serve.

I am so excited! I finally found a recipe that I think tastes the same, if not better than Starbucks White Mocha!!! The recipe is on the inside of the wrapper for Ghirardelli White Chocolate bars-usually found in the baking aisle (not with the candy bars) This is unbelievably good! I keep mine in a mason jar. Heat my milk and stir in some to taste, add a couple shots of espresso and top with real whip cream.......I am so so so happy I found this recipe. It's going to save me so much money!

- In a double boiler, combine the corn syrup, marshmallow creme, white chocolate, butter, and milk over hot, but not boiling water.
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
WHITE MOCHA SYRUP RECIPE BY TASTY
This delicious white mocha syrup is perfect in sweet coffee drinks, yummy milkshakes, or as an ice cream topping. It's quick to make and will keep an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

- In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat and stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted. Stir in the instant coffee until dissolved. Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup cool completely.
- Transfer the syrup to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Enjoy!

- Mix (with a wire whisk in a deep pan) milks, sugar, & vanilla over medium heat until lightly simmering.
- Add white chocolate & continue whisking until chocolate is melted.
- Add espresso powder & keep whisking to mix thoroughly.
- Remove from heat to cool, whisking every few minutes to keep chocolate together.
- Pour cooled syrup into bottles and refrigerate. You may need to let it get to room temp at the end of the bottle.
