This is a very delicious and easy dip! From one of my church cookbooks. Serve with tortilla chips and/or fresh cut up vegetables.

- Melt hot pepper jack cheese.
- Add 1/2 to 3/4 c spinach, lightly steamed.
- Add 1/4 c pimentos.
- Stir ingredients together.

This dip comes from Hillshire Farms. Its a delicious recipe dip to serve with little smokies of any variety or to serve in a bread bowl or just as a dip for chips or crackers even. Great for special occassions such as the holidays or for parties or just to serve at home for game day or that special event.

Steps:
- Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together in a large bowl.
- Add cottage cheese,lipton dried onion soup mix,and chopped parsley. Stir well.
- Add in swiss cheese and cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Chill 1 hour or overnight and serve with little smokies, chips, bread cubes,or crackers.

CREAMY THREE CHEESE DIP
This recipe came from the back of a box of Chicken-in-a-Biskit crackers. It's so easy and a big hit at parties. I had lost the recipe and found it on a box just recently so I am posting it here so that I won't lose it again!

Steps:
- In a bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually blend in milk.
- Add remaining cheeses, beating until well blended.
- Spoon into your favorite serving dish or take-along container.
- Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before serving.
- Serve as a dip with Chicken in a Biskit crackers or crackers of your choice.
- **Optional:I add a large can of cooked, shredded chicken.
- This could be a great base for a lot of dips/spreads.
- Adding Tabasco sauce and onions would be great, would love to hear suggestions!

- Puree the Jalapeños with about 3 - 4 tbsp water (you should end up with about ¾ cup of pureed jalapeños).
- In a nonstick pan, heat a little oil on medium high heat. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and onion and saute until softened.
- Mix the apple cider/juice with the cream cheese, bacon and first measure of Borden® Cheese Gouda Shreds (leave a little bacon aside to top the cheese dip later). Spread this mix evenly in a 6.5 inch cast iron pan. At this stage the cast iron pan can be covered and stored in the fridge, until you are ready to melt it in the oven (up to 24 hours).
