Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese image

Steps:

  • In a large 4-quart slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray, mix the macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and all but 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top of the mixture and then sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Turn off the slow cooker, stir the mixture and serve hot.

Cooking spray
8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick ) of butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
Two 10-ounce bricks sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (about 5 cups)
Dash of paprika

Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese image

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain and transfer pasta to slow cooker.
  • Add butter to pasta and stir until melted; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle about 1/2 the Cheddar cheese over pasta and stir.
  • Whisk evaporated milk and eggs together in a bowl until smooth; stir into pasta mixture.
  • Whisk milk and Cheddar cheese soup together in a bowl until smooth; stir into pasta mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pasta mixture; garnish with paprika.
  • Cook on Low for 3 hours.

Steps:

  • Pour boiling water over the pasta and drain, then put everything in a slow cooker and stir well. Season, cover and cook on low for 1 hr. Stir again, put the lid back on and cook for another 30 mins until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has reduced enough to coat the macaroni.
  • Leave the lid off and reduce for the last 10 mins if you need to, or add a splash more milk - this will depend on the size of your slow cooker and the brand. Serve with extra cheese.

Steps:

  • Combine elbow macaroni, milk, evaporated milk, cheese, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover your slow cooker with its lid and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours stirring occasionally throughout the cooking time to mix ingredients together. Check the mac & cheese to see if pasta is cooked and all liquid has been absorbed. When finished, season to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed just before serving.

The first time you make this in your crock pot, check every once and a while before the 1 1/2 hour mark to see if your cheese is melted and your pasta is nearly al dente. This may be 45 mins, an hour, or possibly longer than 1 1/2 hours. If you check, you’ll be alright!)
  • Fold and stir in the dry mustard, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Make sure you’re folding enough to break up any pocket of cheese or milk that may exist from the previous hour and a half of cooking. Let cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  • At this point, your Three Cheese Crock Pot Mac ‘n’ Cheese should be creamy, cheesy, and fully cooked. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped parsley.
