3 Ingredient Lemonade Cake Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Combine cake mix, yogurt and juice, beat with hand mixer for 2 min.
• 2. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan, or square cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximatly 35 min. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
• 3. OPTIONAL When cake is cooled poke holes with toothpick in cake. Make a glaze with lemon juice and sugar to consistency of liking, and pour over cake. I dusted with powdered sugar and lemon zest.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 10 inch tube pan.
• Combine the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil and the cold water. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove from oven and prick cake all over with a fork. Immediately pour lemonade glaze over top of cake. Let cake stand in pan until cool.
• To Make Lemonade Glaze: Combine the thawed frozen lemonade and the white sugar. Mix thoroughly and pour over still warm cake.

• 3. I've used many different combinations of cake mix and pie fillings and it always turns out great. You can step the recipe up by adding nuts to the batter and by drizzling the top with a glaze such as powdered sugar and milk glaze. Want chocolate? • Beat 3/4 cup butter at medium speed of an electric mixture until creamy; gradually add 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp lemon zest, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

• Combine 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 1/2 tbsp butter, and remaining 1 tbsp lemon zest in a medium bowl; beat well. Spread on top of the cooled cake. Serve with strawberries if desired.

Add eggs and egg white, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in lemon zest and vanilla., Toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons flour. In another bowl, mix the remaining flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt, beating after each addition just until combined. Fold in blueberry mixture. , Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack; cool completely., In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
