4-BEAN BAKED BEANS
Four different kinds of beans baked with molasses. I have substituted different kinds of beans and enjoyed all of the results. Use whatever kind of beans you like! I have also used Canadian bacon instead of regular bacon.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place kidney beans, butter beans, lima beans, and pork and beans in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir bacon, onion, and garlic until bacon is browned, about 10 minutes. Pour off excess fat.
- Whisk brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, molasses, and mustard into bacon mixture; simmer until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Pour sauce over beans in the casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling, 1 hour 15 minutes.

EASY BAKED BEANS 4 INGREDIENT
I've been making these baked beans for years and they are always a big hit. They are easy and delicious. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Slice bacon crosswise into 1/2" pieces. Fry until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- 2. Dice onion into small pieces.
- 3. Pour both cans of pork & beans into large bowl. Add bacon, onion and brown sugar and mix well.
- 4. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour bean mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or an hour and half until liquid thickens.
- 5. Note: You may have to add a little more brown sugar until the beans are a nice brownish red color. Or less if you don't like sweet baked beans.
4-CAN BAKED BEANS
Filling and good source of protiend and fiber. Another of my husband's favorites as he likes a little spicy food.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pan, leaving the drippings, and drain it on paper towels. Crumble and set aside.
- Add the onion to the pan with the bacon drippings and saute until softened, a couple minutes. Stir in the beans, molasses, brown sugar, mustard and crumbled bacon, and mix well.
- Pour the beans into a 3-quart casserole and bake, uncovered, for about 45 minutes.
