Steps:
- Cut chicken wings into 3 pieces; discard the tips.
- In a large bowl, place chicken wing pieces, flour, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Shake off excess flour and place chicken in the bowl of the actifry.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the bbq sauce and cook another 5 minutes, or until chicken is well coated with sauce.

- Leave to cook for 12 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- If you wish to add a sauce (barbecue) or spices (paprika, Cajun, etc), add 1 or 2 ActiFry spoons 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.
