HOMEMADE ADOBO ALL-PURPOSE SEASONING
This seasoning is a staple to have in a Puerto Rican kitchen, but sometimes hard to find where I live. So I started making my own and it's good! Great seasoning for just about anything; my boys love to shake it on fries. Enjoy!

ADOBO SEASONING - DELICIOSO STYLE!
This is a staple in Ingrid Hoffman's pantry. It's great on almost anything. You can use it as a spice rub, in soups and sauces or mix with a liquid to make a marinade. Store this in a tightly covered jar, in a cool & dry place. It should keep for up to 6 months.

ADOBO SEASONING
Adobo is a Caribbean seasoning most often used for meat. This is a homemade version using a pureed mix of fresh onion, garlic, salt, and other seasonings. This recipe is also Spanish inspired.

ADOBO SEASONING - SALT FREE
While on a salt-free high protein diet, I became addicted to baked chicken bits coated with Penzy's Adobo seasoning. This version came about when I was too lazy to go to the Penzy's store to get more Adobo. So easy. I like to squeeze fresh lime over the meat first, then sprinkle with adobo seasoning.

DRY ADOBO SEASONING (ADOBO SECO)
I'm posting this because my mom found a recipe for enchiladas on this site and could not find adobo seasoning in the market. She found a jar of adobo similar to mole but it would have turned her enchiladas verdes into enchiladas negros. This is a seasoning mix I found on the web from The Daisy Cooks show on PBS.
