Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a smaller bowl, mix egg, Agave Nectar and milk.
- Stir into flour mixture until moistened. Do not over mix.
- Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Knead cranberries or raisins in until just combined.
- Roll dough into a 1/2 inch disk and cut into 8 wedges.
- Place on prepared cooking sheet.
- Bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and place scones on a wire rack to cool.

BROWNIES AGAVE
Like many people we are eating healther and cutting out sugars, oils, and trying to use wheat alternatives. The recipe below is for our brownies without those things. As good as they taste, we wouldn't know they weren't the real sugary thing if we had not made them ourselves! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease an 8x8" pan.
- Whisk together applesauce, cocoa, and agave.
- Whisk egg whites into mixture one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla and salt until blended.
- Stir in spelt until the mixture is smooth but no longer than that.
- Blend in almonds if you desire.
- Pour into greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven.
- Remove from oven and completely cool before cutting.

In small bowl, whisk together agave, yogurt, egg, egg yolk and vanilla add to flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface shape into 8-inch circle (approx. 1 inch thick). Cut into 8 wedges. Place on greased baking sheet, at least 1 inch apart. Brush with egg white sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
