Steps:
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and nutmeg until blended. Keep warm., In a large heavy skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Heat 5-7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring constantly. Immediately add mushrooms and gnocchi; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and gnocchi are lightly browned. Serve with sauce. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine cracker crumbs, thyme and butter.
- Microwave gnocchi, spinach and water in 2-qt. microwaveable ovenproof casserole on HIGH 4 min.; drain. Return gnocchi mixture to casserole.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
- Bake 25 min. or until heated through.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Meanwhile, place broccoli into a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 7 minutes.
- At the same time, heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned, crumbly, and almost crunchy, about 10 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan to incorporate browned pieces using a metal spatula.
- Cook gnocchi in the boiling water until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes.
- While gnocchi cooks, add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the skillet; cook and stir on medium heat for 1 minute. Stir in Alfredo sauce. Pour water into the Alfredo jar, shake, and pour into the skillet. Add Parmesan cheese. Stir in cooked broccoli and season with pepper. Scoop out cooked gnocchi and stir into sausage mixture. Serve.

- Cook gnocchi is a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook according to package directions, fresh gnocchi takes only a moment to cook. Remove cooked gnocchi from boiling water and strain. Do not rinse.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet add butter place skillet over medium heat. When the butter has melted and just begins to bubble add heavy cream, stir until the cream has blended and is warm. When the cream is warm add cheese and nutmeg. Turn up the heat just a little more.
