ALL IN ONE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
This is a quick and easy breakfast recipe! Unlike other recipes you don't have to let it sit overnight if you don't want to!

Steps:
- Mix up eggs; add a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook bacon/sausage; drain.
- Get out a baking dish.
- Put stuffing mix on the bottom of the dish.
- Add the hash browns.
- Add eggs.
- Add cooked bacon/sausage.
- Top with cheese.
- (You can let this sit overnight if you want).
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.

An easy make ahead strata from my favorite new casserole cookbook. This recipe uses english muffins for the base instead of slices of bread.

Steps:
- In the bottom of a greased 3 quart rectangular baking dish, arrange muffin halves in the bottom. Overlap muffins as neccesary to make them fit well; set aside.
- Using a large skillet, cook sausage until brown, drain.
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs. Add sausage, sour cream, and chilies and mix until well combined.
- Pour egg mixture over the muffins and press lightly to thoroughly moisten the muffins.
- Sprinkle with cheese, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Prep and cook time does not include chilling time.

This is my family's favorite breakfast recipe, always served on holiday mornings. It's great when complemented with fruit and resurrection cinnamon rolls. You can assemble this casserole, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it overnight before baking, if desired.

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and water in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread crescent roll dough out into prepared baking dish to cover the inside of the dish completely. Prick dough all over with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven until slightly set, about 5 minutes.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir egg mixture in hot skillet until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes. Break up eggs into small pieces using a wooden spoon. Spread eggs evenly over crescent roll dough, spread sausage over eggs, and top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is browned and casserole is hot, about 25 minutes.
